Xperia SP - problems with camera, display, touch screen, volume rockers and OS

Ok si i bought this phone on friday and today its not working anymore. The display is sometimes fading out and going black on the startup and the screen buttons don't work when i press them but are responsice when phone is tilted. The touch is also offset to the right. The back camera isnt working and the volume rocker down is broken altho that is my fault for pushing it too hard. Anyway the phone is busted. And before i forget it also restarts from overhating while playing games.

This was a rant but really any halp on fixing any of these problems would be great because sony thinks i broke it when i asked for a new one:

You should contact your local Xperia Care as this seems to be hardware related issues

OK. i bought my phone from the store so ill just go there again and try to convince them itsnnot my fault. 
From what it seem to me is like when you drop your phone in water. But i haven t droped it. Maybe rain got into it or its just condensation because my room is cold. Do you think it minght be condensation
