xperia t unresponsive screen

I dropped my xperia t down the toilet, I then put the phone in rice. The screen turns on the buttons on the side work perfectly fine but my touchscreen is unresponsive

Charge the phone for 1 hour,download sony update service and repair:

Be more careful with the phone from now on.
