Xperia Z Camera no focus

Hi, 

I have a Sony Xperia Z and the camera has not been focusing. I have done all the settings checks suggested and still no love. I have a friend had the same problem at his xperia Z too and he replaced the camera but it is still not focusing. 

My question is, it seems to not be hardware, so what do you do when it is software that is the issue? I have updated the system every time it tells me to. 

I appreciate your feedback or escalating to the the concerned team as i already mailed Sony Xperia Contact Center, Service with Request: 1-17974239693

But unfortunately no feedback.

I already mailed them but no feedback, i thought may i find any others experienced the same issue.

All Software reset steps didn't solve the problem 😞
