Hello I have a Xperia z ultra recently I am facing a lot charging problem the device just charges till 40 % from 0 in 2 hours earlier it used to charge till 80 % the charging times have increased a lot please help
The charging time may vary heavily if you charge while the device is turned on, since different apps and services are active.
According to the Environmental declaration, a full charge (0-100%) takes 200 minutes which in turn is 3 hours and 20 minutes. This is measured while the device is turned OFF. Can you try charging your device fully from 0% while it's turned off to see if it is about the same as stated in the Environmental declaration?
