xperia. Z2 microphone issue

Hi, I've seen other people havino issueso with the microphone.
Phoned O2 and asked for a replacement.
Got new one, after various suggestions from the customer service and for about a week seemed normal. Now the other party cannot hear me during phone calls. Again
The microphone works OK for videos and Skype.
It's only when the phone call is taking place, that the problem occurs.
Anyone with the similar experience?

Do you have microphone noise suppression turned on - Check Settings then Call settings

I turned it off. It's better now but still nowhere near my wife's iphone

 After yet another replacement I phoned O2 and asked for a different phone. Got the S5. 

Sony is better as a built quality, battery life etc but at the end of the day it's a phone and with the S5 everyone can hear me now.

Heard the Z3 does not have the microphone issue.
