Z2 camera is not working

Hello people it's been 3 days sicnce i've bought my Z2 and from yesterday morning the camera has stopped working. I've tried everything like reseting the phone,repairing the software by the pc companion and the ways of rebooting of any types. Till now if i want to access the camera it gives me an error by saying (UNFORTUNATELY THE CAMERA HAS STOPPED). Hope someone can help and also hope sony recovers those camera issues generaly 😞 thanks in advance

Do you have any taskillers or taskmanagers? where are you saving your pictures (SD or Internal storage)?

Try go to settings>Apps> swipe to the right to get to ALL> cameras app> Clear cache.  NOT CLEAR DATA.

It worked for my games but hope it works for your camera.

Before i install any task killers again. The camera was already not working and i'm not having sd card on my phone but now even i inserted an sd card and it's still the camera is not working

if neither SUS nor PCC worked then you have to take your phone to your local Sony Xperia Care

I tried to clear the cash of the camera also and it's still not working

You can also boot on safe mode and check if it works

safe mode did'nt worked also. the  camera stoopped by itself. not even because of an overheating issue. i did'nt captured any 4k videos even

Join the club buddy. Check the forums nearly every Z2 owner suffers with this issue. Im thinking of starting a threat 'WHO'S CAMERA ACTUALLY WORKS'. I would be suprised if it had 1 reply.
