Z3 tablet compact no data network

Hi I bought a Z3 tablet compact SGP621 in Thailand two weeks ago. However the device cannot use mobile network. The signal bar does show "LTE" as well. 

Call and text messages work normal, WiFi works normal too.

I am sure my SIM is LTE type, and my SIM can have mobile network on my SONY Z3 compact mobile.

The SONY local send me a guidance to set APN, but they can't provide any detail on how to set it.

As far as I have tried, no clue.

I'd be grateful if anyone has experience the same issue and solved it.

Hi @fcec7448,

Welcome to the community!

You will need the APN-settings (internet-settings) for mobile data to work in your device. You should be able to download them automatically under Settings > More > Internetsettings. Note that you may need a WiFi-connection for this.

You can also save these settings manually in your tablet under Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names (APN) > Press the + > Insert the settings from your network carrier and press Save.
