Z5 premium low quality

smartphone  slipped my device and hit the side right next to the power button, the bicel dented and the screen broke. I was desepcionado of product quality as just one month old. This is the latest I buy Sony Xperia

I'm sorry to hear this but any phone will crack or suffer damage if you drop the phone, next time you know better to use a protective case.

Even then, a phone can get damaged, I haven't seen any company, neither phone manufacturer nor protective case nor film nor glass that has stated that their phone won't break nor get damaged or that a protective case/film/glass will prevent damage 100%. 

I understand your frustration, but you dropped the phone, and it was damaged because of it.

I agree with you but I make the comparison with my previous xperia z3 which was much stronger than Z5 premium

@Aracnar and did you drop your Z3......i have seen tests where various makes/models of phones are dropped from various distances, some suffer damage some not...it is nothing to do with the make or model but the angles of impact no matter what distance or on what the impact is against. I'm sorry for what has happened but at the end of the day it is an accident & unfortunate
