Dear Sony Team,
I'm experiencing problems with some apps which use 3D overlays or some kind of 3D engine. The problem started to occur from one of previous updates. The problem is that the framerate is low and it looks like big vsync issues. It can be fixed by disabling HW overlays but framerate remains low. Unfortunately it's impossible to screen record it.
Example apps are Snapchat and Minecraft Earth.
