All physical button don't work XZ1

During my holidays all the physical button stopped working on my XZ1.

The phone is still working, I have to charge the phone so the screen turns on and I can use it.

Does someone have an idea how to fix the buttons?

Hi @Zeroplexer, I am sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried forcing a restart of the device by pressing and holding the power key and the volume up-key simultaneously? If that does not work I am afraid that the only thing left to do is to have the phone sent to an authorized service center. This due to the fact that there is no way to regulate the functionality of the hardware keys using the settings in the device and a software repair require that you are able to use the power key and the volume key.

I restarted my phone, but not by pressing and holding the power key and the volume up-key because they are not working. The restart doesn't solve the problem.

At the moment I use Google-Assistant to wake up the phone with "OK Google". And I use the App "Button Savior (non root)" to change the volume or standyby the phone.

In that cas, I believe that the best thing to do is to get in contact with your local support team in order to have your phone sent to an authorized service center.
