Why is it that amazon prime video won’t play in 4K anymore I’ve tried everything but it only comes up with 1080p when playing 4K content.
I'm having the same problem. No UHD via the prime video app, regardless of whether I am streaming or downloading in advance. Problem exists whether it is prime 4k content or purchased 4k content.
Probably have to wait till a Sony Representative gets back on that, have you tried contacting them?
