Battery Care ..again

Okay 

After one month of use Battery Care didn't kick in at all. 

Putting it on roughly same time to charge didn't help. 

Is there any work around to fix this without need to repair with Xperia Companion? 

Will clearing cache of Battery Carre app helps?

What a useless support and forum. Every answer is "Repair with Xperia Companion" 

In meantime there is no real support via email. 

I want official support to open support case, not like this. 

I have to because no one in Sony really knows what is going on with their products. 

This forum is dead end. There is no Sony employees or support technicians here. 

Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else, go to XDA for example and get real support from real people.

This forum is mainly user-based, and there are also some official Sony Support agents. We try to help each other as much as we can, and maybe your post didn't get any replies in the past couple of days due to the weekend.
