I have an issue with the battery care in XZ1 I already activated it and when I plugin the charger, It activat but within 2 or 3 seconds it deactivat automatically whay is that happening and how can I fix it.
When It deactivated it say that : "battery care is deactivated this time" or something like that I could not read it properly it disappeared from the screen fast.
