Battery xz2 compact problems

Tengo problemas con la bateria, dura poco, incluso se descarga estando la pantalla apagada. Probe entrando en modo seguro habiendo quitado la sim y la estimation de la duracion bateria es muy poca, no cambio en nada. En este momento la bateria esta al 91% y estima una duracion de 12horas y 50 minutos restantes sin tener activado Stamina. Es problema de bateria o reinstalar software? (en este momento tengo Android 9)

From the graph alone we cannot see what used up your battery, only that it's decreasing quickly.

If you've played games or watched a movie during this time then the battery consumption is okay, if the phone was idle on a desk than something is wrong.
