Bluetooth 5.0 2Mbps can not work

when using Nordic Connect App in XZ Premium, This shown support for Bluetooth 5.0 2Mbps. It is not actually supported.

I use Sniffer to record and connect to other chips. XZ Premium does not send PHY_REQ packets. So XZ Premium and chip between not using 2Mbps communication.

And I use Google Pixel 2 to have captured this packet. And then communicate with 2Mbps.

It is normal in Android 7. Until upgrade to Android 8.0 / Android 9.0 has no 2Mbps function.
