Cannot connect Bluetooth LE devices

I try to Pair a Device with Bluetooth LE. This device is in Peiring Mode , but the Sony does not show this device. I try another ( Samsung ) Handy and it works probertly. Is there a known Problem with Bluetooh LE ??

Oreo has problems with Bluetooth in general. It might be fixed with Android 8.1.
