Changing notification tone

Hi guys

I am runninig Android 9 on my XZ Preimum 

How do i change the notification tone to make it different from the txt message tone 

as every time i connect to wifi i get the txt tone 

Cant find any way to make the tones dirrerent

Anyone got any suggestions ?

You can set per app notification tones.

Below is on WhatsApp

The only thing I can find is

settings > apps & notifications > See all apps > menu > show system > WiFi > notifications

Could not find the 'Wifi' after show system

but with a bit of button pushing using your suggestions , i found it
