I just got my phone a couple of days ago, it's worked flawlessly until today
A notification pops up saying something like: " optimized settings from your operator will be installed. Your phone will restart" (see image below)
I have no choice but to click OK, and when the phone restarts cellular data is not working
Ps.I am using dual SIM and I have no idea if it works I'm single SIM
I have tried: resetting network settings, changing which SIM cards are used for celluy data. No fix
A couple of hours ago I reset the phone to factory settings. Just a short while later the update was forced through again, with cellular data rendered useless. (This is when I snapped the screenshot)
Is there any way I can choose not to install such updates? Any other suggestions?
Help is greatly appreciated
