Headphones issues

Problem with my headphones
Good afternoon, my sony xperia xz1 does not recognize my headphones, it tells me to try others and use the ones that it brought when I bought it and others but that they are still original sony, does anyone know how I can solve it?

Buena tarde,  mi sony xperia xz1 no me reconoce los audifonos, me dice que pruebe con otros y uso los que trajo al comprarlo y otros pero que igual son sony originales, alguien sabe como puedo resolverlo?

I'm sorry to hear that, could you test those headphones with different devices? and do you have a different pair, from those 2 pairs to test? 

Did the issue just started or has it always being like that?

Yes, I tried them, initially if you can use them, then use pure bluethoo and now I can not use cable.

Si, los he probado,  wn un principio si los pude usar,  de ahi use puros bluethoo y ahora no puedo usar los de cable.
