Buenas, al llamar a mi madre se cuelga automáticamente, si cambio la tarjeta sim a otro móvil si que puedo llamarla pero con mi Sony Xperia xz1 no me deja. Ya he llevado el móvil a reparar al servicio oficial y le cambiaron la placa base pero sigue igual. Podrían solucionarlo?
