You can use Xperia Companion

Companion won't work. It says unlock is required. don't know code or plan

Make sure you know the username and password of your Google account.

- Computer: Download and install the Xperia Companion application from: https://support.sonymobile.com/es/xperia-companion/

- Open the Xperia Companion application.

- Turn off the terminal.

- Click on the box that has this phrase ¨I Can not detected or started¨ or “the computer does not detect the mobile”

- Connect the device to the computer with an original USB cable.

- Follow the instructions on the screen.

Note: remove the SD card and memory card before doing it

when you say "turnoff terminal" i'm assuming you mean 'phone' right? i've done this. 

i open companion and it immediately jumps to unlock required. see attachment
