@Spizellaas far as I can tell, there's no way to delete all messages at once in Android Messages, the best you can do is delete a whole conversation at once, or mark several conversations and delete them. perhaps some SMS apps from Play Store would make it easier for you. I just checked and Textra displays a "select all" button if you long press on a conversation.
