Nat west banking app not downloading

My Nat west app wasn't working, so I removed it, and tried to reinstall it. Now it will not install at all

Hi @Bella1961, sorry to hear that.

Are you able to download other applications from the Google Play store and it just this application that doesn't work?

Do you receive any error messages while trying to download and install it?

A good place to start is by clearing the data for the Google Play store. To do this, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all xx apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear data > OK.
