Network or sim card error

Hallo ich benötige hilfe. Bei manchen anrufen Wechsel ich zwischen unbekannt und Rufnummer anzeigen. Seit zwei Tagen kann ich aber diese Einstellung nicht mehr ändern. PFAD: Einstellungen Anrufe zusätzliche Einstellungen. Sobald ich in diese Einstellung gehen möchte kommt der Fehler "Netzwerk oder sim Karten Fehler" ich habe schon Neustart probiert und mehrmals sim Karte raus und wieder rein aber der Fehler kommt immer noch
