No reaction when using jack output

Hello

When I connect a jack to the Phone, the speakers keep on playing and no sound is coming through to AUX. 

Not sure what to do.

@Tracker89 try taking a look into the headphone port, maybe there's some lint that prevents the headphone from connecting properly.
