Phone does not turn on

Выключился и не включается телефон Sony xperia xz3, при подключении зарядного устройства не горит индикатор зарядки. Какое разочарование телефоны от сони в последнее время. Что это может быть? 

The Sony xperia xz3 phone turned off and does not turn on, when the charger is connected, the charging indicator does not light. What a disappointment phones from Sony recently. What could it be?

Have you tried holding the power button and volume up button at the same time for 10 seconds? This will force the device to shut down/restart.

If that doesn't help, hold both of them pressed for 120 seconds > ignore all vibrations > charge the device until you see a battery icon on the screen.
