Phone screen moving

Phone screen moves in a different direction sometimes to what I want it to and glitched between the two places

Any help?

Does your phone has a protective film or glass? if it does, can you remove it > Clean the screen > test it 

if it doesn't, clean the screen and test it 

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test
