Hi all,
I am sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I believe my case to be a bit different to most.
I dropped my phone like an idiot yesterday, (the screen had already been cracked before). and I got a fair few cracks on my screen, but it was still working. I have dropped it a fair few times before, so although it was cracked, I wasn't too worried.
I was travelling back home on the train, and the battery ran flat. I put it on charge, and left it for the night (not sure if it was charging at that point, I was too tired to notice).
When I woke up in the morning, it would not charge or turn on. There is no backlight showing, no LED flashing, and there are no vibrations agfter trying to reset (using power + volume buttons). I have tried to use another USB cable and plug (both are working for other devices) and I am currently trying to figure out what the problem is, I believe the options are:
LCD Screen has somehow bled onto the motherboard (there's no visible bleeding on teh screen however)
Charge point has become loose
battery is knackered
Anyone with similar experience?
Hi @Tuukuutuu
Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear about this
With the physical issues you have described it would be best to speak to your Local support so they can assist you.
It is likely the handset would need to be assessed and repaired by a service centre.
Good luck
