I have searched lots of the other posts re the XZ proximity sensor but can't find anything similar to my issue. When using the phone, if you go anywhere near the prox sensor, the phone goes to lock screen. This could be whilst browsing or sending a message. Have tried switching off adaptive brightness and as many other things as I could think of but nothing stops it!
