I have a screen freeze that keeps occurring. You can be using or not using the phone when it happens. Press the finger print button to lock then unlock and it clears. This gets progressively worse over say 4-5 weeks until screen goes completely unresponsive. Then you have to do a system reset via pc. All works well for a few weeks then the screen freeze starts happening again. Any ideas on this? Thanks.....
