Screen recorder

I know Sony stopped doing the screen record option but somehow Ive managed to record my screen

I have no screen recording apps installed on my phone so Im a little confused

As you can see it shows as a black circle, Ive been on the play store to see if I can find anything but no joy

Ive no idea how I opened it or what its called, hopefully someone can shed some light on this
