Settings always shows sd storage

Whenever go into settings it goes to  sd storage option I hit back and it shows. The settings menu for a short second the goes back into the sd storage menu. How do i fix this as I need to change settings. It always does this in portrait but works sometimes in landscape until you go into sd storage again

Test the device in safe mode to discard any third party app acting.

Well there's a turn up. Went to safe mode and was. OK then rebooted all OK.. When went funny was before I installed any so was basically a clean phone bar Google updates.
