Hello Dear Sir/Madam,
First,I would like to tell about the purchase and i will tell you about the problem.
I had buy a brand-new Sony Xperia XZ Premium on 28th June 2017 from Carphone Wearhouse (Hamilton) and I used about a week and faced a huge trouble with, e.g. automatic turned on/off, suddenly stopped working and held problems. I was fed-up and return the phone because there were 28 days policy for change or return.
After that i purchased again 5th July 2017 same model Sony Xperia XZ Premium because i love to use Sony products but Unfortunately, I found so many problems again like, automatically silent mode turn off when any call coming to my phone, automatically light flash on screen and sometime apps stopped working.
I would request you that please tell me the way to send phone to you and fix all the problems or change the phone directly from you because the store’s (Carphone warehouse) manager said that now we can't replace or return the phone because it’s over 28 days now. He said that you should contact Sony company team, they can resolve your phone's problem that is the reason I am writing to you.

The first thing I recommend you do is test your phone in safe mode.
If all you are looking for is a repair centre you will need to contact your Local support team.
