Smart call handling missing after october update

The call menu seems to be missing after the update (checked again in safe mode, it isn't there too)

It is not missing. I found it in

Phone --> three dots --> Settings --> Calls

if you are looking for this.

Are you using dual SIM?

Hi friends, I to have notice that call option is missing in phone setting app after I got Oreo update

yea, they relocate everything in oreo, follow the instructions above to find it
