Have you recently purchased the phone? You might experience that if you have bought an Xperia model that is not completely new (XZ1 was released in the fall of 2017), there may be a few software updates pending. You can either install them one by one, and restart your device after every update, or you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and your device will get the latest update at once.
Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so remember to do a backup of your user data before the repair if you choose that option.
