The problem is bringing video up
When the video is played on the phone, the phone starts to snap or hang

When in phone , movie is playing , xperia phone starts to hang

I'm sorry to hear that, are you experiencing the issue with the preloaded album/video app or youtube or a different video app? 

Is it a video stored on your phone (internal / SD card) or are you streaming the video?
