my mobile xperia xz dual sim try to reset but unsuccessful. when i open this device its want to QR code setup.where i get QR code? please send me QR code or advice me .

Typical Sony, no, or very little customer help. My phone opens with welcome screen and wants a QR code. I don't know what that is, and also the bottom half of the touch screen does not work.

Xperia Z5 premium. My computer windows 8.1 sees the phone, but all I get is "file is empty".
