WhatsApp problem when using Dual Sim cards

I have just bought Xperia XZ2 and using two Sim cards. I am experiencing issues with WhatsApp where there are intermittent problem of sending or receiving messages when two Sim cards are active and using mobile data. When I deactivated the second Sim card, then there are no issues on receiving messages and sending. And when I use Wifi, I don't have this issues even two sim cards are active. 

Does anyone experience this issue too?

Yes i have the same problem. Sony please fix this! the phone is unusable with two sim cards! That situation really annoys me because i need to use whatsapp and both sim cards.

Hi

I am having the same issue with WhatsApp. I have contacted the customer service but I haven't got solutions to the problem. 

They ask me run software fix but didn't provide any software updates to fix it.

Does any mange to fix their problem ?

After the recent phone system update, I have tried again with using two Sim cards. I am happy to know that this issue had been resolved. WhatsApp works well now!
