WIFI authentification failed(not loading login page)

I cannot log in in to my works WIFI after I back from my holidays. It never was any problems before, and no my colleagues have same problem. It is simply not loading login page and gives me error message. I did tried to reset network and even factory settings, but no help!! WIFI works perfectly at home or even in public. Does enyone else had this problem and knows how to solve it???

Go to settings- WiFi- Forget the network 

switch off both device and the device and the WiFi router

turn them on after 10 mins and try to connect again
