Dear all,
I tried to update my phone to the newest update and for some reason my phone wouldn't do it, it just said update failed. Then I thought that I should software repair it and maybe that would solve the problem.
But it didn't. It gave me another problem and now it says on my phone screen that the software repair has failed and that I must connect it to the computer.
The version I wanted to update from was the Android 6.1.0 to the 7.
I tried connecting it back to the computer and follow the proceedure but it gives me the same error. "Software update failed".
I would appreciate fast response as I need my phone to work.
