For how long have you had your Xperia XZ2 Premium? You might experience that if you have bought an Xperia model that is not completely new (XZ2 Premium was released in 2018), there may be a few software updates available. You can either install them one by one, and restart your device after every update, or you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and your device will get the latest update at once.
Keep in mind though that if you choose to repair the software on your phone, all user data will be erased. So if you have transferred data from your old phone to your XZ2 Premium, make sure to do a backup before the repair in order to prevent loss of data.
