Xperia xz completely dead

Hi All,

All off the sudden the phone went dead the screen is dark the light blinking blue at the top left, 

I have tried to reboot it by holding the power & the volume buttons but nothing happened apart from the blinking blue light disappeared.

I have connected the phone to the charger, not even the red light is blinking. It is completely dead.

The phone is only few months old. 

Any Advice Please

Hi @jango57,

I'm sorry to hear this. After you've done a force restart by holding down the volume up and power key, it may take up 30 minutes before the phone shows any indication that it is charging. If the device still doesn't show any signs of charging after 30 minutes I'd recommend that you try charging your device using a different charger.

I'd also recommend that you try and temporarily remove any SD and SIM card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

You have try to push power+volume up together until it vibrate? Atleast 3sec hold

Hi, I left my xperia while charging and when i came back, it is dead - black screen. i tried opening it as usual at first, but it wont open. So i tried the lock and volume key together but it still wont open. I already tried charging it for like 5 hours and tried restarting it again but it won't open. There was no even light when it tried charging it. I gave only bought this for 3 months. Pls help me
