xperia xz data backup while it powered off

All of the sudden my xperia z touch screen just died so i tried to force restart option but the problem continues unfortunately now i cant get through my password screen and i need to back up my data so i cant go through with the companion repair option !!!! is there a way to get my data ?!!!!!!!

Hi @SD01, sorry to hear about this.

If you can still power on the device and the display is working, you can with the help of a OTG adapter connect a USB mouse to your device and unlock the SIM and/or screen lock.
