Try restarting the phone in safe mode to see if some third-party app is causing it.

If you can not return it and want to use it then try flashing same version but stock firmware. Search for the information in XDA. If you did not understand what I said and you are not technical person then forget it - it is easy to ruin your phone if you don't know what you are doing. Anyways. Good luck with the phone!
