XZ1 software update problem

A week ago i buy a sony xperia xz1. I want to update android 9.0 but i get a message: "Software version is controlled by your operator.

Hi @Adamsenpai., let me see if I can help out here! 

Is it a brand new device? You might experience that if you have bought an Xperia model that is not completely new, there may be a few software updates pending since the model has been on the market for a while (the XZ1-series was released at fall 2017).

You can either install the pending one by one, and restart your device after every update, or you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and your device will get the latest update at once. Keep in mind though that if you decide to do a software repair, all user data will be lost in the process, so remember to do a backup before the repair.

The Xperia XZ has a well know problem in which when the wifi drops, a reboot is required to reconnect to the network mcdvoice.

Okay but when i open system update panel. It writes your device already has the lastest avaible system updates

In that case, a software repair might be required in order to get the phone updated to Android Pie. If that does not work, I would suggest that you get in contact with your local support team for further instructions.
