Xz2 sound

So i just received my new xz2 a few days ago and I have some issues the first is the battery life dosnt even last 4 hours and gets extremely hot very quick!.

The 2nd issue I'm having is the sound quality of the speakers. It's an absolute joke. If the volume bar is anything below half (50%) you can't hear a thing.  At full (100%) it's not loud either my old xperia m4 was better than the xperia x and xz2 I have owned seriously the x series is trash 

Think i will return this piece of crap and buy the Samsung s9+.

I was tricked into buying this because its the same price as the s9+ and also came with a ps4 pro thank god I didn't sell it yet on ebay!!

Hey. I had the same problem. I sent the telephone for repair (warranty). It did not help. It is worse. The loudspeaker cracks, and squeaks while talking. You're right, it is a piece of crap!

What Android version and Build number are you running on? The speakers of the XZ2 are stereo speakers, so they should actually be giving loud sounds in addition with the vibration technology.
