After N update, I cannot make calls

After updating my Xperia Z3+ tô Android 7.0, it started to malfunctioning. Most times it doesn't make calls nor can receive them. Screen turns black when making calls and doesn't answer calls. Tried many things whithout success

Hi @Leonicky10,

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your phone. When you are unsuccessful to make a call do you get any error message? I'd recommend that you try switching preferred network type to 3G(preferred)/GSM or only GSM and see if the phone behaves the same way.

I would also recommend that you try and reboot your phone to safe mode to see if this behavior may be caused by one of your downloaded apps as they will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I have the same problem, in addition , there "x" on signals indicators

In fact after contacting the supporting in Malaysia, Australia and UK, I got nothing, at the end Sonymobile Malaysia, told me after I sent to repair, that I have to change the motherboard, and the price(of the baord) plus extra will suffice to buy new model, Ironically, software update costs me trash my device.
