Sorry to hear that. If you have already done a software repair using Xperia Companion and the same behavior still persists, this is most likely due to the hardware in your device and not the software.
I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. Your local support can also assist you with question you may have regarding service procedures in your country.
