Hallo.. 

Ich versuche vergebens Anrufe zu tätigen oder Anrufe anzunehmen aber nix geht 

In den Einstellungen für die Anrufe ist alles deaktiviert und lässt sich nicht ändern. Mit Eingabe der Pin kommt immer Netzwerk oder Simkarten Fehler. Gestern kam die neue Sim Karte aber das Problem besteht weiterhin. 

Was kann ich denn noch machen? HILFE

The settings that can be found in Settings > Call > Call barring is controled by the network and in some cases you are required to enter the "PIN2" code to change this. If you don't have access to this code you can contact your operator directly about this.

Please note that these settings won't let you block a specific phone number since these are meant to block all incoming or outcoming calls. If you wish to block a specific number you can choose to send incoming calls from it to your voice mail if you add it to your contacts.

1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Contacts.
3. Tap the contact that you want to forward to voicemail, then tap the Edit contact icon (icon with a contact and a pen).
4. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots), then mark the All calls to voicemail checkbox.
5. Tap Done / SAVE.
