Call issue

Hi. I have problems with calling. I don't hear person who call me,but when I do test I hear ok. Please help me.

Can you please test your phone in safe mode and see if the issue persists?

I tried to turn my phone in the safe mode as you asked me to test.

Call issue is still there, I don't hear person on the other side well. However, it was little bit louder in safe mode,but it was almost the same as in normal mode.

It sounds like it might be a hardware issue. I recommend you try another SIM card as sometimes this can help, otherwise, contact your Local support team to have your device assessed.
